This summer internship opportunity, funded by the Joint Hypersonics Transition Office, will establish a cohort of students to design and execute a wind tunnel test campaign in NASA Langley Research Center’s supersonic and hypersonic wind tunnel facilities. Students within the cohort will design and build wind tunnel models, develop test plans, implement both conventional and advanced test techniques, and perform computations to compare to experimental measurements. Students selected from this posting will work primarily on experimental work and will be placed in either the Flow Physics and Control Branch or the Aerothermodynamics branch.
